Sustera People & Purpose Consultancy is a Dubai-based recruitment consultancy for luxury hospitality and food & beverage. We recruit for five-star hotels and resorts, fine-dining venues and restaurant groups across the GCC, Europe and Türkiye, from line-level roles to general managers and C-suite appointments. We search through our own network rather than job boards, interview every candidate in depth, assess them against your brief and your culture, and present a short list with our written assessment of each person. The model is performance-based: no upfront fees, no retainers, no exclusivity, and a single placement fee invoiced only when the candidate starts, backed by a replacement guarantee set by the seniority of the role. For professionals, placement through our network is free. The consultancy was founded in 2025 by Beyzanur Ateş after thirteen years leading People & Culture teams in luxury hospitality.
