Sustera was founded by Beyzanur Ateş, a People and Culture leader with more than a decade of experience inside the luxury hospitality world.
Before building Sustera, Beyzanur was on the employer side of the table, where hiring is never abstract and every decision carries operational consequence. She led recruitment and people operations across internationally recognised brands including Mandarin Oriental, Marriott International, Cipriani, and Nusr-Et, working in environments where standards are exacting, pace is relentless, and the cost of a wrong appointment is immediately felt by the business.
Her experience spans high-volume recruitment, senior stakeholder management, pre-opening operations, seasonal team builds, urgent replacements, and full-cycle people planning across some of the most demanding luxury destinations in the world. She has interviewed, assessed, selected, onboarded, and supported thousands of professionals across Istanbul, London, Mykonos, Marbella, Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, Las Vegas, New York, and Riyadh.
