If a qualified shortlist has been delivered and the process is subsequently placed on hold — interviews are not scheduled, feedback is not provided, or the position is cancelled — without a clearly communicated and valid reason, a compensation fee equivalent to 5% of the position's projected annual salary may be invoiced.
