Sustera was founded by Beyzanur Ateş, a People and Culture leader with more than a decade of experience inside the luxury hospitality world.

Before building Sustera, Beyzanur was on the employer side of the table. She led recruitment and people operations across internationally recognised brands including Mandarin Oriental, Marriott International, Cipriani, and Nusr-Et, in environments where standards are exacting and the cost of a wrong appointment is felt immediately.

Her experience spans high-volume recruitment, senior stakeholder management, pre-opening operations, seasonal team builds, and full-cycle people planning across Istanbul, London, Mykonos, Marbella, Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, Las Vegas, New York, and Riyadh. For clients, this means every search is guided by operational judgement as much as market reach.

Because in luxury hospitality, recruitment is not simply about finding people. It is about knowing who can truly belong, perform, and represent the standard.

Mijael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and brings international recruitment experience across multiple markets and industries.

His work spans Europe and the Americas, complemented by experience engaging talent across South Africa and Israel. With a background in international hospitality recruitment and cross-border talent acquisition, he brings a broad network and strong understanding of diverse candidate markets to Sustera.

Lina holds a degree in Organisational Communication and brings an international recruitment and People & Culture operations background built across the Americas.

She has managed full-cycle hiring and sourcing across the United States, Brazil, and Colombia, including several highly regulated sectors. She came to recruitment through customer experience and high-pressure operational environments, and brings that front-line perspective, together with a working understanding of how candidate expectations differ across three distinct markets, to Sustera.

Feyza holds a High Honours degree in Sociology from Boğaziçi University and is reading for a second degree in Psychology. She brings experience across fast-scaling businesses, People & Culture, and international recruitment.

Her work spans Türkiye alongside cross-border hiring across Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, and Greece, with multilingual sourcing reaching candidates from Ireland to Pakistan and from Poland to Uganda. Her background in sociology shapes how she reads the culture around a role as closely as the CV in front of her, and she brings that perspective, along with a wide multilingual network, to Sustera.
